Rellmen’s Philosophy

I believe each child brings their own special requirements and needs. As an Educator supporting their needs and growth is important; providing a secure, caring and stimulating environment which supports and allows the child to develop, grow emotionally, intellectually, physically and socially is critical for child to expand its skills and growth.

Children need assurance of being loved and cared for while they are enjoying an educational environment. My passion is to teach children. The very important components of my relationship with each child are security and trust.

I aim to provide a nurturing, engaging and stimulating environment which provides each child the opportunity to learn, play and grow. I am passionate about working with children and supporting children’s learning and development through education. I would like to help them grow in self-confidence, the way for them to gain this effectively is through play. Because a child learns more through play more than any other.

As an educator and management committee member my job is so rewarding and I love it because it gives me the opportunity to see and be involve on how the children grow and become confident and independent learners. Being able to help children along their journey in learning and discovering new ideas and experiences are very fulfilling. –
