I believe it is really important to be patient with each and every child, helping them understand and develop their own individual learning style-so they can benefit and grow. Children need prospects for learning using sensory and outdoor experiences, whilst also having spontaneous learning opportunities based on the child’s own interest and abilities. This ensures individual inclusion to explore their imaginations using play to extend their learning. Lev Vygotsky’s emphasis on the importance of social interaction and cultural context in learning and development appeals in my approach. I believe it is our role as an educator to help support children’s wonder and quest for adventure. I love to support children’s imagination and discovery, to inspire them to be passionate about their own learning journey. I strive to be an educator who provides patience, kindness, and guidance to help children feel safe, make choices and have fun in learning. I believe it is extremely important to promote skills and abilities strengths so that they can continue being stimulated to learn for a lifetime. In my opinion the early preschool years are the most absolutely important. As an educator, I feel providing guidance and help for each child to achieve there concentrated learning development is setting children up for positivity for the rest of their schooling and overall life.
